Student Accessibility Services (SAS)
Welcome to Student Accessibility Services (SAS)
SAS is dedicated to equity and is committed to guiding students toward realizing their full potential. Our SAS team assists students with temporary or permanent disabilities so they have equal access to all educational programs and activities on campus. As part of our commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment, the SAS team is dedicated to ensuring that the students' specific needs are met. Students individually qualify for accommodations and services based on disability verification and an interactive process of discussion with a SAS Counselor or SAS Learning Disabilities Specialist.
Start Receiving Services
To begin receiving services, you must be a current SBVC student. After completing the college admissions process, you can complete the SAS application.

Alternate Media
We produce alternate media to ensure that instructional materials are accessible through different formats (audiobooks, braille, large text, etc.) to enhance the learning experience of each student's preferred ability
High Tech Center (HTC)
The HTC is a computer lab with adapted technologies. At the HTC students receive one-on-one support to navigate different academic platforms. The HTC is located in the Liberal Arts Building, room 105
