Estimated Cost
You can save thousands of dollars by completing your first two years of university coursework in our college and transferring to a four-year university for a bachelor degree. You can also take pre-major courses required for entering a professional program in a busienss school, or medical school, or law school, etc. San Bernardino Valley College has transfer course agreements with most universities in California. The college's courses are also transferable to many universities outside of California.
To create a clear pathway to California State University (CSU), the college started offering transfer degree programs in 2013. The college's tuition and fees are only about a half of the tuition and fees of a four-year public university, and even less so of the tuition and fees of a four-year private university.
The estimated annual cost of attending San Bernardino Valley College is $31,602 which includes tuition and fees of about $14,500 (Enrollment Fee + Enrollment Fee-Non California Resident + Capital Outlay), books and educational supplies, health insurance and living expenses.
International students are not allowed to work outside of the college, and on-campus jobs are not guaranteed. As a result, international students cannot count on the income from employment in the US to cover parts of the annual costs during their studies at San Bernardino Valley College. Proof of sufficient funds to cover the above expenses is required from an international applicant, or his or her sponsor.
