For the most part, there are no articulation issues with online classes.  A class at Valley College is a class.  It doesn't matter whether it is delivered on campus in the morning, in the evening, on Saturdays, or online.

Having said that, however, some institutions will look at online classes and classes offered in compressed schedule (such as a five-week summer session) more carefully as they consider whether to accept them for transfer.
