The Campus Business Office coordinates the on-line sale of parking permits; processes pay-in-person parking permits, receives payments for college functions, and, distributes financial aid, scholarship, care and loan checks to students. In addition, the staff supports accounting services and processes deposits for the ASB, clubs and trust accounts. For additional information, please call (909) 384-4453. Refunds

To receive a refund, you must:

  • Drop ALL classes BEFORE the beginning of the term
  • Complete and turn in your "Request for Refund" form available online or from the Campus Business Office, AD 206
  • For parking permits:
    • To be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund within the first 2 weeks of the fall or spring semesters or within the first week of your late start class. A $10 processing fee will be withheld from the refund per Administrative Procedure 5030 - Fees.

    • To request a refund, send an email to clientrelations@phxgis.com. Include your full name, permit number, the campus you are attending, and the reason for your request. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
