Please use this form to report alleged violations to San Bernardino Valley College/SBCCD Academic Integrity Policy. Reports will automatically be sent to the Director of Student Life.

Referrals are reviewed during normal business hours (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm) and are not monitored after hours, on weekends, or during official College/District holidays.
