  • Participation in this class will consist of online interaction. Students must have access to a computer that has a reliable internet connection. Students should access during the week prior to the semester start date. All information regarding this class, including course-specific technology requirements, will be found on that webpage. The course may not be accessible to students until the first day of the class, Monday, January 13, 2014.

Information will posted at the Valley College Blackboard beginning the first day of classes. Go to the Blackboard and pick your course from the Courses Menu. The Username and Password for Blackboard are your "student id #" for both--unless you changed your password. Announcements will be posted at Blackboard to direct you to the syllabus and assignments for each week.
For Online Classes that have no on-campus meetings:
Blackboard will have information approximately one week before the first day of classes. If you need to purchase a text, only buy from the Valley bookstore because an access card and code is bundled with the text (~$70). The texts will be behind the counter at the information desk--ask at the Valley bookstore. You can save some cash by using the electronic text and resources--for that, keep your eyes on the
